Why are people trying to rehabilitate Superboy Prime? He will always be the absolute worst.

People are hating on Ultimate Spider-Man now? Marvel fans don’t deserve anything.
That man needs to go already
Age verification that requires ID can fuck off
Would be so funny if Junkie XL started using the Zimmer Superman theme for Clark or Krypton in Supergirl
When people are hating on a comic run you enjoyed by a writer you dislike…
Why are people trying to rehabilitate Superboy Prime? He will always be the absolute worst.
How long does the gap between a movie and its sequel have to be to be called a legacy sequel?
I miss my Twitter account. Unfortunately I still can’t access it.
I really hope Absolute Superman doesn’t start calling himself Clark. Kal Kent, maybe, but I like that he’s Kal-El and grew up with that name.
Not even that invested in the MCU anymore, but people claiming Steve Rogers returning undermines his Endgame sendoff (which contradicted his whole arc of moving on from the past)?
Hey, it’s one of my first ever comics. Got all 12 issues of Secret Wars in a massive bundle of Spider-Man comics for pretty cheap when I was 6. Was my first exposure to the F4 and the Avengers.
Probably why. Same reason they used an OC called Eclipse instead of Sunspot. Shame The Gifted was canceled because I wanted to see where it was going.
Still find it interesting that Thunderbird was one of the lead characters of an X-Men show instead of Warpath when he barely did anything in the comics.
Funny thing about Stranger Things is that to me it will always be the show specifically brought up as an example of bad continuity between two scenes shot in the opposite order in one class back in Film School.
If I had a time machine, I’d go back in time to prevent Ultimate Spider-Man (2012) from being made and thereby prevent the term “unalive” from becoming popular from that one episode.
Next time, I’ll just wait for the TPB to come out and buy it on sale.
Finally finished Batman: The Last Halloween. It was fine, but kind of redundant. I guess it confirmed Selina’s parentage? Bringing Gilda back into the story did nothing.
I guess it also highlighted how much Tim Sale’s art carried the previous books.
Nosferatu’s Orlok and Last Voyage of Demeter’s Dracula: “You don’t understand, it’s really important I be naked while feeding.”
They won’t ever outright admit it but they’ll keep hinting at it.
Hey, remember when Cheshire nuked the country of Qurac personally and to this day DC keeps giving her redemption arcs and cute romantic moments with Roy? This feels like a really disingenuous take, Grant.
Not invested in Tron at all. But the movie just came out last week, it’s a bit premature to call it a flop. It probably will be given that Tron and Tron: Legacy both underperformed, but come on.
I remember having surgery where the anesthesia wore off halfway through the session and I could suddenly feel a blade in my foot.
DC Universe Infinite was kind of better when it doubled as a streaming service.
Netflix Defenders came first, three months before.
Hate that the IMAX aspect ratio for MCU movies is limited to Disney+ only.
Maximus’s role among the Inhumans
I have that one. It’s one of the few What If stories where the ending isn’t disastrous or cataclysmic, but… Well, it’s not an entirely happy ending.
To be fair, I might have continued if season 2 had been out back then, if only for the few parts I did like, but since it wasn’t and I had too many other superhero shows to focus on at the time, I just never felt the need to watch it when it did come out. Never saw Cloak & Dagger either.
