Never had this happen before. Just finished judging the first half of the first quarterfinal round of the National Spelling Bee, so I may be pulling better vibes than usual from the universe.
I used to own a triplex kinda like this. One guy lived alone in the biggest unit, and he was the nicest. Two older ladies in the basement. And a succession of tenants in the middle unit who were all kinda crazy and drove the others nuts.
