I can't wait for the deluxe hardcover to come in. It's going right to the top of my read pile...
That's a beautiful print.
π¬
Yes, it is.
I am so happy for you! That is freaking awesome.
You can have all of mine.
I wish I had bought the X-Calibur omnibus when they were released. Now, I hope that they're reissued.
Superman stands in front of the overshadowing Ra's Al Ghul on the cover of Absolute Superman vol 2, written by Jason Aaron, with art by Rafa Sandoval, Carmine Di Giandomenico, and Fico Ossio. Colors are by Ulises Arreola and lettered by Becca Carey.
Finished reading Absolute Superman vol 2, Son of the Demon. I wish it had been named differently as there's already a much beloved Son of the Demon story. Jason Aaron again creates a slow burn payoff that nearly left me in tears when I saw the last page. Sandoval killed it with the art.

I love it! That's from the best age of Spider-Man.
All very good choices! Rucka's a rock star. I sincerely hope that you enjoy your time with him.
Oooh! Oooh! I got so focused on the J.G. Jones art that I forgot all about that Wonder Woman. He also did a Wolverine/ Elektra book...
Gotham Central? White Out?
I am so envious! I've got a pile of stuff for Rucka when I finally get my opportunity. I'm so happy for you.
Thank you.
What does everyone think of Jae Leeβs work? π¨
Whatβs your favorite work of his?
Well, Anne, I know he's not your favorite subject, but I'm partial to the commission he did for me...
Mine is already ordered...
You won't want to miss out on this.
Are you OK with physical contact? I should have hugged you when we were standing together outside of your booth.
If true, and I don't doubt it, how sad. Think about all of the great stories we might have enjoyed.
I'm a little behind. I just started the second volume hardcover, Son of the Demon (of which I don't like the name. There's already a much loved Son of the Demon).
I can't wait to read it. I'm really excited about it, but Junkyard Joe set a very high bar...
It certainly deserves to be part of the conversation.
Very cool! Junkyard Joe is so good. I hope more of him is coming.
I hear Hyde Street's very good. I've got another friend who loves Hornsby and Halo. I'm under the impression that every Ghost Machine book is in a shared universe and that they're all heading towards one culmination...
When I was in the Mediterranean in 1988, Iranians were flying Russian Migs.
I didn't know about Blizzard, either. Junkyard Joe is phenomenal! And I haven't read Redcoat yet. But I ordered the deluxe hardcover. I'm also all in on Ghost Machine.
I'd like to see Vinson buy this...
Ramona is a lost gem.
Time for a kegger.
Don't hold back. Either let it go, or present your opinions. It's alright to disagree.
