Now that the jam is over, I was able to publish an update to my game that added 20 new cards, alongside other changes. I think it helps make the game feel more balanced and adds more variety to the gameplay.

Main thing to think of here design wise would be configuration. Should it always get the shortest path? Should there be options to make them more wind-y? Should they always be one tile wide or can there be an option for wider ones? How many should be generated? Etc.

I could look into that. For the time being it's possible to pathfind between doors in the rooms generated and then turn all other tiles into walls.
