Speaking broadly about all work painted during the last few years: art briefs generally strike a balance between the two. It may sound a little cheesy, but the final result is the product of our collective efforts and ideas. It's been an amazing synergy with the AD and the entire team!

The Rose Queen, in a grand rose gown, is surrounded by her court of elegant bee attendants in a spacious pavilion decked with roses. The bee courtiers are all vying for her attention.

A knight on a white horse, setting out to find a dragon in a mountainous wild wasteland, has just encountered the dragon’s aunt. She is MASSIVE, half pompous matron and half dragon, decked with curls, pearls, and feathers (or are they horsetails?) with a long scaly tail stretching back into the mountains, and a formidable gold lorgnette, through which she examines the knight. She does not approve.

A joyful zebra, that is also a knight, ON FIRE, with stripes and tail turning to flames, garbed in a golden helmet with plumes that also turn to flames, rearing up and holding a striped lance that is also on fire, setting out on an adventure across sunny mountains, along a road leading to a golden castle. A little fire salamander friend tags along.

Cover for the Sword Opera TTRPG: a half a dozen motley renaissance characters are having a huge brawl near a baroque pavilion in a garden. A swordsman in black faces off against a swordswoman in red, behind them a be-turbaned swordsman with a blue flaming scimitar is restrained by a pleading damsel, a ruffian in yellow with a couple of daggers sprawls in the foreground, a sneaky rogue in a weird hat circles behind with a dagger, and another damsel kneels behind the duelists begging both her lovers to desist. Dramatic mountains and storm clouds set the scene.
