He wasn't thrilled with the confinement and disappeared for 6 days after his release. 😅

Chips is a spayed 4yo female cat. She's microchipped and will be UTD on vaccines.

So... Mister Mister was crated for a week (plus a few days in a trap) and he was DONE with it to the point he was hurting himself trying to get out and stressing out.
*sigh* I can't release him yet so my only alternative was to let him out of the crate.
Now this is my life... ouch!

Just warning y'all as I was never warned. If your only experience is neutering your pet cats young, YOU AREN'T PREPARED for tomcats.
I'll be taking two boys to be dropped off tonight for their tomorrow neuter! 🥰 I'm getting out my tarp.
The girls and neutered males do not urinate in the carriers or traps nearly as often and when they do, it's not too bad.
But those boys with leave your vehicle smelling like tomcat pee for weeks if you aren't careful! 😅
If ANY cat pees, it will be those boys with trouble puffs! And their urine is VILE smelling.
And they are also seem to be the ones most likely to ruin the paper/cardboard lining in your trap! 😅
Seriously.
PSA to anyone new to TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return):
One thing I've learned doing TNR that no one talks or warns us about is-
If you are transporting tomcats (male cats) to the clinic, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS put down plastic and puppy pads UNDER the trap (or in and under the carrier!)
