Based on user reports from late 2025, this is a known, active bug in the Bluesky application where deleted posts- particularly replies-reappear after a refresh, even after the app indicates the deletion was successful.
Honestly, will need to delete Bluesky if this issue continues. The lack of ability to set one’s acct here to private is already a difficult compromise I’ve chosen to accept in order to stay in touch w/friends here but that lack of user control and choice combined w/this bug has me eyeing the exits.
