What’s that old saying about “hard work beats talent if the talent doesn’t also work hard”?
Not that it takes *that* much hard work if the “talent” is Patson Daka, Jordan Ayew or Jannik Vestergaard.
Whereas we’ve got some talent (well, in midfield anyway!), but approximately zero fight or spirit.
I reckon Oxford are going to overtake both of us.
I’ve given up on Leicester avoiding relegation, so what I want most from this season now is Spurs to get relegated as that’d be hysterical :-)
Obviously taking Notts F*rest with them, but I doubt Burnley have enough about them to oblige :-(
