More people than you'd know have essential hypertension & HRT helped that condition in spite of Spiro being weak for that.

Problem is a lack of agency without thorough protections for trans care; they can give you horse piss & send you out the door with basically nothing. Care is de-prioritized.

That too. Like, just calling the town "Bread", is VERY on the nose, but I like to get fancy and change the language. But honestly, actual place names are kinda like that sometimes.

There is also a narrative reach to avoid over-complicating your narrative locations, because the places themselves aren't necessarily "the stars".
