At center right is a compact star cluster composed of luminous red, blue, and white points of light. Faint jets with clumpy, diffuse material extend in various directions from the bright cluster. Same spot as the other two photos as these are consecutive shots from the camera. The raccoon now has its mouth open wider, it is still standing up against the wall as if in a Police lineup.

You guessed it, same spot as the other photos, the raccoon is still standing, back against the wall (or very close to it) as if in a lineup. It looks like he, or she, has done this before.

This masked bandit looks like he knows the Police lineup drill. 🤣

Today out in the pine barrens I saw a bunch of cellophane bees!

I'm not sure if they were emerging for the first time today or just hanging in holes, I honestly don't know a ton about these bees. I saw around 20 of them sprinkled throughout the trails in little clusters of 5-10 burrows.
