100 years ago yesterday, Alban Berg's 'Wozzeck' had its premiere in Berlin. The title role of 'Wozzeck' came as a late debut role for me, but the time needed to learn a score that complicated and rich was warranted. I had the great honor of singing this role at the Met in 2014.

Macau! Wolfram Rieger and I enjoyed performing Mahler for you yesterday evening! Today, we went out and did some more sight-seeing and had a great time 👍

Spending some time in Shenzhen, which is only an hour-long ferry ride across the Pearl River Delta from Macau! It's wonderful to be here, despite the high temperatures, and I'm truly looking forward to our Mahler recital later this week!
