Farmers is like dealing w representative in hell. Car got damaged by hit & run. Agent removed coverage for some reason and never told us. Now everyone is point blame at others. Been 3 weeks of poor service. Add to medical billing disputes with health insurance. Insurance companies suck.

Finally watched Train Dreams. Absolutely beautiful and reminds me of how gorgeous and poignant a movie can be.
I love this book so much. Does an amazing job with the juxtaposition of family, adventure, grief, wonder, frustrations, beauty, connection, history, and the lasting power of a slice of pie. I laughed, related and even cried a bit as so many pages reminded me of road-trips with my dad. ❤️
I hope you go. Sometimes just being around people w/o the need of stress opens a wonderful door. Or can go and duck out early if everyone sucks 😉

Yeah 2025 can suck ass. BUT!!!! As I’ve been in the hospital past 4 days, I’ve laughed at hilarious dog videos, saw kid drawing pictures for people as gifts, strong reps speaking truth to power, I watched Great Outdoors twice & healing. Lame but reminder ya gotta break for good to drown the bad. ❤️

Trying to catch up on 2025 movies. Just watched THE LONG WALK.
It’s up there in favorites this year. Super smart, doesn’t fall into tropes, and in the ugliness of the plot, has a ton of humanity & heart. Highly recommend despite just watching kids be killed as they walk 300+ w/o rest
