I heard that kind of thing a lot when I was a cop. Verbiage like that makes small men feel big and important, and is as much of an overcompensation as a giant lifted diesel truck with those tacky-ass dangling nutsacks on the bumper.

The full-on Laura Bailey cackle is sending me 🤣
Was that formerly the Doctor Who Experience? I know it was somewhere around South Bank
One of my favorite bits was the crocodile zen mandala, and all the turtles... it's turtles all the way down!
I was going to watch this ep later tonight... until I saw your name in the credits. Time of the Monkey was my hands-down favorite season 1 episode, and I'm sure The Taste of Human Blood is going to be an absolute banger!
Is it like a playable Threads?

An image of a black and white corgi looking sadly out a window on a rainy day. There is faux-advertisement text along the bottom that reads “Fisher Price Winnows for Sensitive Porpies”
He’s always down for a good ear scritch! That was a rainy day, so he’s forlornly looking out his window while dreaming of walkies. We took this picture right after, and had to meme-ify it a bit ;)
A stunningly handsome black and white Corgi stares wistfully through a partially open curtain, his favorite stuffed animal (also a Corgi) by his side.
The lions share of my writing happens in my bedroom, right next to my partner and our stunningly handsome Corgi, Scout.
My largest writing hurdle is expecting things to come out perfect in my first draft. I always get caught up trying to craft ideal phrases and sentences, which absolutely obliterates any forward momentum in drafting.
"Do I use 'moment' too often? No, I can't start a sentence with 'Then' again..."
Awww, this is awesome!! What a nice surprise! 🥲
Saute is French for jump. So when you saute vegetables you're making the little vegetable fuckers jump around in the pan.
Ow!! It's too hot!! It's burning me!! Ow!!
Jump, little vegetable fuckers, jump!
Each character tends to have their own signature color, but it's not set in stone. Klavier Kalterfall and his Mystic Manor, however, are solidly royal purple and gold. The invitations to his salon, various magical confetti bursts and his enormous display room all feature those colors.

488 words, so somewhere between a Hershey bar and a Stay Puft :D
"Everyone, gather around the fresh corpse, it's a Marshmallow day today!" 😂
Well hell, this just went from a "Sounds alright, we'll watch it sometime" to a day one binge! Can't wait
That's my writing Achilles heel... I will agonize over a certain sentence or phrase, writing and deleting and writing for a half an hour until it feels right. I need to just write, knowing that it'll be refined later.
I've had a few Graham Cracker days recently, so today is definitely going to be a Marshmallow day. The guests did just find a dead body, after all... 🗡️

Many things, each more odious than the last, but never integrity or the truth.
I'm envious! I can't write to music with lyrics. Inevitably, I'm either distracted by the words, or snippets of the lyrics end up leeching their way into my writing.
Klavier Kalterfall's final salon takes place in 1955, so one might expect to hear some doo-wop or soda fountain rock... EXCEPT, the Mystic Manor is a translocational and transpositional mansion, so anachronistic songs by Postmodern Jukebox are more the order of the day.
If only Andy Warhol could see us now...
Mona’s brain is wired a little differently, and she notices a lot of things that others miss. It’s what makes her so uniquely talented at solving puzzles and mysteries, but it also makes truly connecting with someone else difficult.
More than anything else, Mona wishes for someone to truly see her.
During a tournament in Manchester, I got shuffled out to flanker because the other team kept wheeling the scrum. I did NOT like being outside the crash, lol
That's what I'm talking about! Pack 4 life, I was always tighthead prop :D
Is she a forward or a back?
That odious hag is the reason I wrote my MG fantasy novel. I wanted to create a magical world where EVERYONE was welcome and represented, especially trans and non-binary folk. Magic is for EVERYONE, Rowldemort.
