AI will help this startup speed up medical diagnoses and treatment plans, and improve the patient experience, by actually reducing access to trained medical personnel and increasing the number of patients per doctor four- to five-fold. Is there any limit to naïve techno-enthusiasm, I wonder?

Unsurprising (for lack of a better word) study on people's opinion about the friendliness of the US, Canada and Europe. What is perhaps surprising is how much supporters of hard-right parties in Europe became more favorable to the US since November 2024.
I lack some of the background to fully understand this story. But the firing of @rachelgilmore.bsky.social suggests CTV News is simply bowing to conservative push back. I am not sure how the the news outlet will fact-check this story if it fires all of its fact-checkers.
