Seems 30% of our soldiers are following illegal orders blindly. Another 30% are thinking of actively disobeying illegal orders. And the last 40% are looking both ways and wondering what they are going to do. Just like our voters.

Of course any one of us probably has no idea what $1,000,000,000, the cost of ONE DAY of war really is, so we have to think of it in terms of what it could buy: in just over 8 days, it could pay for universal health care for one year.
It is breath-taking, the amount of our money being used to bomb and kill children in another country. My heart hurts.
We need to re-frame politics for some folks. Normalize encouraging people to vote for the candidates they dislike the least so that the candidates they dislike the most don't get elected.
