There's a new resource available here: celtichagiography.org/bibliography/ It is a running bibliography of publications focused on the saints in Ireland, Scotland, Man, Wales, Brittany, Cornwall, and 'Celtic' saints on the continent. While a work in progress, currently there are 500 publications
