You can mostly ignore the little icons beside titles, it's just easier for me to know where they β¨liveβ¨ as I get to themπ
I'm 4 1/2 hours into the audio of Light From Uncommon Stars and really loving it so far!!!
I really enjoyed it! It was my first intro to Schwab, and while it's not my all time favorite, I still loved it. I'm actually going to be doing a reread here in a few months, I'm part of a traveling bookclub and a friend chose it, so I'm hoping it holds up to my memory π€£
I hope this person always has a hot pillow and lukewarm coffee. Wtaf this is insane π€¬
Yesss my favorites are the Paladin's/Saint of Steel series (and all the books in that universe such as the Clocktaur War series and Swordheart) and Nettle and Bone!!
Ohhh I really liked this one!! It gave T. Kingfisher vibes and I loved that
Same here!!! I absolutely love their writing style, and my friends and I are doing kind of an extended buddy read of most of their books I think. I thought Vicious wouldn't hit for me because it's less fantasy, but it was honestly fantastic.
Addie Larue is a great read!!! It was my first introduction to Schwab's writing. If you look up Vicious on tiktok I know there's a lot of people that have done solid reviews that would give you more info than the blurb.
Yep, it's actually an unfinished trilogy.
I totally get that π€£ the mood reading vibes are always all over the place. I thought for the first hundred ish pages maybe? That it'd be like a 4 star book. But as you start to understand the timelines better it just continues to get better and better!! And I ended up absolutely loving it ππ
Padma was an absolute delight, I loved her π€£
I just finished #Vicious by V.E. Schwab and holy shit. I didn't expect to love it as much as I did??? Definitely top tier book tho. Schwab is an absolutely fantastic writer. #booksky
Yesss!!! She is so amazing!!! Suri's characters are so incredible
I AM SO UNWELL what the fuck was that πππ also I love Bhumika. Full stop. Like Tasha has a way of making me completely confused through almost the entire book and then just bam everything makes sense and suddenly I'm sobbing??
#booksky I finally finished the Lotus Empire on Friday night, and I am UNWELL. Tasha Suri's writing is impeccable and if you haven't read the Burning Kingdoms trilogy you should do so literally immediately. π
I have once again forgotten that Bluesky exists. I'd apologize but it's definitely gonna happen again π« π
I second Outdrawn!! So good. I haven't read all of these but have heard amazing things: Set the Record Straight, Kiss Her Once for Me, Between Mischief and Magic, Make Room for Love. I know there's others but these are some of the ones my discord friends have hyped up recently
List is small so far, help me find more? Repost please! #booksky #femininerage

Phot of a white and spotted dog laying on its back on a blue couch with its legs up in the air.
My friends very unsnuggly cat decided to snuggle with me today, and her dog sleeps like this and it's possibly the cutest thing ever
We don't misgender anyone.
Not even people we don't like.
Not even people who misgender us.
We don't treat being gendered correctly as a reward for good behavior. Ever.
Honestly so valid. I really enjoyed it as an audio reread (I read the ebook the first time)
