It's just struck me that the slopoholics really want AI to be that bit in The Matrix where someone taps some buttons and suddenly the knowledge is there.
It was dim, slow and with horrible colours, a total disaster!
Sold it to a coworker and got a Viewsonic VX922, was so much better at everything, but If I had knew better I think for that kind of money I could have gotten an awesome big CRT, it wouldn't have fit on my desk... Or anywhere 😂
When I moved to Spain in 2003 I had to left my 19" Mitsu in Venezuela, it started to make a weird sound when I turned it on and sometimes it fail to gave an image. I downgraded to a 17" LG flat CRT but I missed the size, so as soon as I could I got an LG 19" TFT. What a joke. 🤬
Yeah I really missed out not playing this game on a CRT all those years ago. I took a look at Half-Life 2 for my first time on a CRT compared to my old LCD and it was like night and day. IDK why we even called LCDs an upgrade back then lol

Cleaning out some stuff. I found the CPU from my very first custom build, one I used to learn FL Studio and to write all my music from 2002-2007, pretty much the pivotal moments that started music for me for real. It needs to be cleaned properly. Maybe I’ll figure out a way to frame it.
