Literally been doing uni full time this term and I’ve withdrawn from one 6 unit course and DF’d two 3 unit courses today
Basically, I’ve completed a semester part-time even though it’s full time

Went to sleep at 1:30, not terrible considering I’ve went to bed at 3 the 3 nights prior
Gonna try and enforce a bedtime routine that I start 1 hour before sleep time (tonight’s aim is 12:30)
Alright so my sleep schedule has been really bad the past few months so I’m gonna start a challenge
Goal: by the end of the month I’ll fix my sleep schedule such that I’m going to sleep at 11pm 5x/week
