It is called civics. When you vote, which I'm guessing you thought you cld do as an exercise in "making Democrats an example" instead of "voting to help the vulnerable," when you vote, if you don't elect enough reps for one party, they have less power.

Meanwhile at my job (architecture) AI has been explicitly banned for everything except for writing transcripts of meetings.
There are zero insurance companies that will cover liability for architects/engineers who rely on AI for anything that ends up on a signed set of plans.
