I wanted to make something harty for dinner, so I made beef stew with wagu beef, carrots, potatoes, onions and peppers with lots of spices and a wonderful broth. It turned out beautifully and was SO good! #stew #nomnom #foodie

I have been on a stress leave from work. I was completely burned out and took the time I needed. It was hard to choose myself and to stop pushing through, but I chose me and thats what matters. I have another week off and I will relax and heal. ✨️

My bowl is finally dry! It turned out beautifully! I intuitively painted the inside in shades of green and the outside in shades of purple. It corresponds to the crown chakra (purple) and heart chakra (green). I'm so happy with it! #art #artist #abstract #painting
