the artist had such a banger artstyle ngl ^u^ through my multiple journeys hunting down and saving as many Damara fanarts as i can ive came across so many artists that left the fandom near a decade or more ago and had the more lovely of artstyles TwT TwT

one just gotta love the 'Mara, its the only way to be ^u^

i know right their artstyle is so fucking beautiful ^u^ ^u^ i think they still check their page for fanart every so often since a couple years back they reposted a fanart i made of their Demoness Damara and checking the acc the last repost was a few days ago so yeag ^u^

(btw with "not consistent" i mean as in, i think all of the ancestors have consistent roles and most trolls actually, yet some others could occasionally be either portrayed as humans or as animals since the au didnt really have a plot) (all those Demoness Damara images are from the au btw)

was a comfy au from back in the day (can still find the official tumblr acc btw) where some of the trolls work at an aquarium while other characters (and sometimes some of the beta or alpha trolls bc wasnt necessarily consistent) were animals and it was such a vibe >u<

funnily enough that is sort of kind of whats going on, both of them being post-egg cracking but still
they cannot stand each other (they cannot stand themselves) yet they also get from where they are coming from, and seeing it from a 3rd person perspective confuses their brains

we need more media involving characters having some sort of romance relationship going on with their alternate selves and im not even joking i will die on this hill TwT

yet also the funny thing is iirc i created her when i was like 10 purposely wanting her to parallel me in some ways, yet somehow still took 8y since for my egg to pop TwT

dont really plan on making this like, a monthly thing yet wanna speedpaint once again one of my fantrolls, Jakari, gal been on my mind lately
whenever i get around speedpainting one of my trolls again will most likely draw Saltus btw

there were also some good ones tho! ^u^ i recall at least a few that were between grimdarks and just tragedy fics that i did enjoy, yet also some that just made me feel kinda upset TwT i think either my taste softened a lot since then or just lost interest on listening fics altogether

i think it used to happen to me or something similar at least when i was more into listening to MLP fanfics, very specifically with grimdark fics when one was just really fucked up, yet the writing was interesting enough to keep me hooked (currently lost almost all interested in those tho TwT)
