My husband and I dismantled their old very broken wheelchair and it was so interesting, I really don’t think it should have come apart as easily as it did lmao

We got our CPAP machine today! Also the sleep study results, it’s for sure severe sleep apnoea 😅 looking forward to getting used to sleeping with it and hopefully feeling better #NEISVoid #disability

Our PIP review letter arrived and is good news and I’m so relieved, the process is always so horrific and this is an overwhelmingly positive outcome

When we had our 24hr monitor we also couldn’t do it, I swear they’re made of different stuff those ones 😭 thankfully our consultant managed to use some of the data we’d managed to get and we were just like “sorry but no” about not finishing it fully

Turns out I don’t need to chase up the sleep study results, got an appointment letter this morning to start CPAP soon. Feeling a little anxious about it #NEISVoid

I actually have managed to sort out being able to get a new wheelchair that’s finally going to be the right measurements (hopefully) and have the back support and cushion that I need. Got a call tomorrow about it but!! Very exciting

Also learning to do filet crochet! It’s really fun, did this this afternoon once I worked out how to do the patterns on Procreate!

We have had progress with the adaptions to our flat! We have now seen the plans and were able to ask for some adjustments to them, it’s very exciting!

My new medication I started for POTS is absolutely wild. Usually my heart rate doesn’t dip under 100 all that much while I’m awake, but it hasn’t gone over 100 since I started the meds. I’m used to it being 150+ when I’m out, not like 80 😅 #disability #NEISVoid

I’m really glad it’s going well! Having a vague starting point at least is useful, something to work from. My set up is going good, kind of slow progress at the moment as I figure out what I need and where, and what elements from TD Snap I’m copying over too

AAC stuff being a special interest is honestly wonderful at times like these

Currently switching AAC apps from TD Snap to Proloquo2go, which means I get to fully customise everything again, this feels like both a task and a reward #AAC #autistic #disability

Our inner world stuff is mostly just feelings these days too to be honest, we used to have a more vivid / visual inner world but it’s been years since that! I think there’s too many of us known now to track like that 😂
