Attended Sangha for the first time in months last night. While it felt a bit awkward (for me) at the beginning, everyone welcomed me back, I met some new friends on the path, and my heart felt happy and light by the end of our practice 🪷 So grateful.

having grown up in oregon and having gone to florence a few times in my life, the vibes are like. just ever so slightly off anywhere you go. but!!!! they have a really good family-style chinese restaurant there tho. that and the sand dunes make up for the weird vibes.
