Shooting film is therapeutic for me. The slower, more deliberate processes forces you to focus fully on the image-making process. That is why I still shoot black and white medium format film.

Great question. I struggle with that, too. I feel lkke I'm in one right now. One thing that helps me is to actually shoot. Find a friend, or whatever subject, and just shoot. I also recently got a new lighting mod that's gotten me excited about trying it out
