Forgetting history means repeating it. This Pentagon is being reckless with AI and civilian lives under leadership that lacks judgment. We owe future generations better than careless experiments with society-shaping technology.
No one should fear their own government.
If we want a country that protects freedom instead of policing and terrorizing based on identity of any kind, we have to build it — by loving our neighbors and voting out those who weaponize power against them.
There is no policy justification here beyond inflicting pain and encouraging discrimination against a vulnerable population.
Trans people are not asking for special treatment. Like everyone, they are pursuing the same promise of liberty and happiness, to be recognized as who we are: Americans.
