My dad had an album called "Music for Frustrated Conductors". It came with a baton. Later in life he sang bass in the church choir and in Concert Ministries Michigan/Ohio choir. I love music and dabbled in piano, guitar and flute. I can't carry a tune in a garbage can but I sing anyway. 😁
My dad loved classical mostly because he only had radio growing up in the 30s and 40s. Us kids turned our noses up at it. Until the summer of '77 when I discovered Star Wars and John Williams.
