Learned a neat fact about the FM Towns thanks to musing how it managed to such sharp kanji on a 320x200/240 game while trying out its port of Indiana Jones & The Fate of Atlantis.

still poking around the broken one, but i picked up a working psp go and am enamored with it. extremely cute little handheld. impressively thin. thoroughly late aughts in its sensibilities. for slower games or those that don't make frequent use of the shoulders, it's not particularly uncomfortable.

yeah it's hideous lmao... and the nostalgia segment fell a bit flat for me, specifically how it omit claire entirely during its recollection

definitely. there were a couple moments that stuck out, but the raccoon city segment especially was lacking in memorable encounters or variety for how long it was. i adored grace's sections, so the shift to really perfunctory action without much skill expression or environment design was ehhhh
