I would still have some reservations but these are desperate times, we’re in freefall…what would be a better alternative?

After watching Ange’s comments after the game against Atleti I wouldn’t be against bringing him back to keep us up. That almost felt like a job interview and he nailed it. People will say it’s the emotional take and point to Forest but it just seems like a move the players would respond to.
Tudor should never have been hired, as per my pinned post
Weirdly I don’t think we’ve been that bad since the first 20. We’ve “won” 2-1 since. Shame that we can’t help but find ways to make life more difficult than it already is
Nice of Oblak to give us one back
That GIF was made for this day
Comes with the territory sadly. Almost felt deliberate that we were the only game on last night. All eyes on us
I got a message from my brother, who doesn’t like or ever talk about football, which was not.
In amongst the misery and frustration, I’d like to pose a hypothetical, light-hearted question. A bit of fun, if you can call it that.
Would you accept relegation if we won the Champions League?
Absolutely brain dead mate. Genuinely felt like sabotage, I’d rather assume he’s just stupid
I’m still in disbelief, to be honest
Bumrah is ridiculous. 6 off his last over. Won them the game
We actually have some bench options. Not many, but still options
Superb effort from England. 246 runs scored and still defeated. Can’t say they didn’t give it a go and that’s all you can ask.
Weirdly the only game in recent memory is the EL final
I do think we will win, I’m not 100% 🤣
One point off the drop zone with ten to go. Fun times. COYS or whatever
I think we will see more of him over the coming weeks (Tel)
Time after time they’ve removed managers that should have been given time and investment. They got exposed by Pochettino and the club has been on a downward spiral since they sacked him. Board should’ve moved on years ago.
Sure, as I said perhaps not his fault. When he came back you could instantly see what we’d been missing but I didn’t even notice he was on the pitch at times today.
Richy is a far better player than he’s given credit for and I completely agree with you, I think he will prove crucial if he can stay fit. On another note, and I’m not saying it’s completely his fault but I thought Solanke was worryingly anonymous today
They had a chance late on which started from Bobb playing a ball from the touch line infield and there wasn’t a Spurs player within 20 yards of the receiver
The board deserves to be relegated. The fans don’t.
Newcastle have lost as many games as Spurs. Why are they not facing the same scrutiny? I swear Eddie Howe has a free pass up there
I see the Conte meltdown is doing the rounds as a ‘premonition of our current plight’
I said it at the time and I stand by it now; he said what needed to be said and was 100% correct. We knew this already.
It’s been three years since then. What’s changed?
This club is a joke
Deftones in Cardiff tonight, just got back. I’m getting too old to stand at concerts but that was worth it, awesome from start to finish!
With all due respect to the competition, fuck the Champions League. We’re never winning it anyway. The goal is 40 points now, nothing else matters
I’m actually more worried now than I was with Frank in charge.
Are they playing chicken with our Premier League status? Because it certainly feels that way.
Bonkers appointment
We should sell him anyway given his age and the fact that he will have ambitions that, let’s face it - he won’t realise by staying here. Micky will follow in a season or two. I’m not even mad about that. They’ve won the Europa League here, it’s unlikely they’ll top that.
