First recorded labour strike in world history took place c. 3,177 years ago this month!
The β€˜Strike Papyrus’ records that tomb workers of Ramesses III at Deir el-Medina in Egypt, downed tools over pay and conditions, in November, c. 1155 BC.

My son has recently been diagnosed. The journey has me thinking it's me also, my diagnosis journey starts soon.
Now we look to our families and see a fruit salad of undiagnosed, poorly maintained mental health.
Issues & nastiness abound.

Could I use a bit of hope for the holidays?

No. But I could use a f&%k of a lot more fact-based well-reasoned opinions.

Growing up, we called it the crust.
I've heard others calling it the lid, and some other strange names I've since forgotten.

I'd like to see these numbers in contrast to consumer debts like credit cards, or other financial stress indicators.

If a church doesn’t have a food pantry or a soup kitchen or a closet full of clothes and blankets open to the public or isn’t showing up at natural disasters to help, why does that church have a tax-exempt status?

The melon-hued moron you elected says lowering prices will be too hard, but making Canada our 51st state would be a piece of cake.

Unfortunately, our leaders love the USA and are taking us on the same journey. We're just a little behind in some of those key points.

To my eyes, the USA, UK & Australia have the same broad trajectory, and it's not positive in the long term.
