Interesting! I am also following these trends in a media, content and creator context, where there seems to be a movement towards onchain publishing. With AI and agents in the mix, it becomes even more interesting.

AI plus crypto, powered by AI agents and backed by an open and social internet, has become the new narrative in the transition between 2024 and 2025. What were previously seen as separate technologies are now converging.
Thanks! You are probably right regarding most of the AI agents. But to me, the development seems to go much faster. For instance there are already more than 13,000 AI agents launched on this platform: app.virtuals.io. And some of them are transitioning from content to action.

Jeg har likevel mange gode opplevelser på Bluesky, nettopp fordi jeg skreddersyr det jeg følger, søker, har som feed. Er egentlig ganske imponert over hvilken rekkevidde Bluesky har allerede, selv om f.eks. Threads har 10x antall kontoer.
Takk for kommentar! Og ikke uenig med deg. Jeg er fortsatt også på X av faglige grunner. På Bluesky er brukeropplevelsen avhengig av hvem jeg følger, bruk av startpakker, feeds, søk og nå kanskje trender. Tror ikke Bluesky vil ta i bruk AI uten å gi brukerne en måte å styre det på.
Norwegians are changing their social media habits:
7% of Norwegians aged 18 and older now use Bluesky weekly, equivalent to 310,000 people, with 4% using it daily.
Threads has 5% weekly and 2% daily users.
For X, the figures are at 16% weekly and 10% daily.
Såvidt jeg kan se er det bare spurt om fremtidig bruk av X, ikke om sosial mediebruk totalt fremover. Men @futsaeter.bsky.social fra Kantar slår til med en spenstig spådom:
– 300.000 er ikke noe lite tall. Om Bluesky ikke tar igjen X neste år, så gjør det det i hvert fall året etter, sier han.
