It’s also surreal becuase I knew, at some level, that life was gone and my current one is unrecognisable. But being able to do a “normal person” thing? That makes it so clear in a visceral way that I have been the living dead for the better part of a year.

I know I’m having a baseline increase because my “good” days or experiences are followed by deep, strong, long thwacks of grief, reminding me of the life I’ve lost and just how debilitated I’ve been over the last 8 months. So I guess that means my body can start processing this trauma now? ….yay?

Oooh this is intriguing! I was something like .0068 and noticed I struggled with bright greens and pinks but found blues and browns easiest.

LOVE his books (I fell asleep listening to one last night) and was lucky enough to hear him speak in Auckland a few years before he died. He was an incredibly clever and insightful man, and totally nerdy (he learned how to smith a sword, for the lols). Discworld has been comforting for 1/2 my life.

Terry Pratchett makes a joke out of this is Discworld books so a lot of farmers must have done it! I guess if you’re sick doing that will certsinly… provoke a strong reaction
