Gave this a watch earlier today at work, and to be honest I'm kinda disappointed that you're no longer the owner of Sonic.exe. I believe that you're the sole reason why Sonic.exe is even described in a positive light nowadays, and I fear-

since a lot of people loved the concept and stuff because it was an official remake of something made by someone everyone unanimously disliked, same said for what you did with X and the X-Verse as people still think that what you've done with the character + canon are creative, original and canon.

I just think that by relinquishing ownership of Sonic.exe and cancelling the X-Verse "initiative", it will leave so much for people to desire since atp, the only piece of official finished EXE media are JC's stories, and stuff like Sonic: Awakening/2017X being canned from the X-Verse sucks so badly-

I hope I wasn't harsh or anything with what I said above, it's just that I've been a huge Sonic.exe fan since 2021. Seeing you, Shei, Gear-O-Shift, Raven and Co. rework all of JC's EXE stories and characters into what they are today means a lot to me and it's inspired me to make art and pursue it.

Like at most, you should've kept the X-Verse a canon retold timeline coming from the OG Creepypasta, have those spinoff projects like Gaiden, Awakening and Prototype2011 flourish alongside Souless Saga/PC Port, YET, have Sonic.exe be a community led *concept* like it was under Shei's ownership.

should no longer has any proper "ownership" is because you want Sonic.exe to solely be a community led thing is bizarre cus it was already like that when Shei owned Sonic.exe/Xen, as she made a tweet about that sometime in 2022/23. So it feels like the ownership disbandment feel meaningless.

that because the X-Verse is no longer a canon timeline for X/Sonic.exe as a whole, people are now going to reassume that JC's story is the canon cus that was the last piece of finished "canon" media made for Sonic.exe if we're going off the video message.
