Great fun at Brueton #parkrun this morning - amazing volunteer team invented a new route in 90 minutes to accommodate 300 extra runners and avoiding black ice. Just a pity I didn’t think to switch to trail shoes and my lovely new Ghosts are now horribly muddy!
