Yep - diagnosed at 45 and it is now very obvious to me it’s something that has impacted my whole life.

Small steps, spread them apart so you have time in between to recover, stick to safe/familiar spaces and/or people. Expect it to be slow and to regress a few times and just allow curiousity and little moments of joy to inspire you. 🖤
