It happens in hospice care. I was present when a few of my hospice patients took their meds. Some of the nurses weren’t comfortable and patients and families had complicated feelings when this happened.

Super! I love homegrown tomato season!!

I think this all part of their grift. Tons of money will be paid out to contractors, with little to no progress. The only forward movement will be for Trump’s cronies to get richer.
