I love people who tell things as they are.
I love people who tell things as they are.
Then the social media platform discussion is irrelevant no?
Depends on how we define interesting. I personally think that there are quite a few interesting people who post
And yet they all have time to post, just not on Bluesky, yet.
The selfies on LI is really π. The interesting and valuable content just isnβt here on Bluesky.
Right now Bluesky is like that Legaltech tool everyone tells you you should use but no one uses or needs.
Contrary to popular opinion, change doesnβt just magically happen with the introduction of a new technology. People drive this change. Change is within us and up to us.
AI is not going to change the legal industry or any other industry. If/how people use it and what we do with it might drive this change. Peopleβs actions and decisions change our work, our teams, our organizations, our industries.
Not so sure at least content wise
Fucking awesome book so far. But itβs not for the pessimists for whom everything is βhypeβ.
Optimists welcome the future; Pessimists fear it. I am an eternal
optimist. The alternative is too boring.
Still not getting any real
value from this platform in terms of content. I will keep trying. The right people seem to be gradually moving hereβ¦
@catmoon.bsky.social hey would love DM you about something. I sent you a LinkedIn connection invite. I was sure we were connectedβ¦ the irony of me posting this here isnβt lost on me π
So much talk in #legaltech. I must be getting old(er).
Just another winter morning in the beautiful and inspiringTel-Aviv. π
You are what you do, not what you say you do.
Good to see you both π
Amen!!
Yep. Not seeing any actually. Maybe the algorithm is quite there yet.
Not seeing any posts about #legaltech. People just joining this app but not posting yet?
Weβve been hearing for a long time now that GenAI is at the worst of what it will ever be and that it will only get better.
Well, maybe not. OpenAI, Anthropic Google are seeing diminishing returns and unable to show significant improvements. We may not see GPT-5 that soon.

βAfter years of pushing out increasingly sophisticated AI products at a breakneck pace, three of the leading AI companies are now seeing diminishing returns from their costly efforts to build newer models.β

A better approach would be to embrace and accept the messiness and find ways to make that messiness easier for the parties. A big part of that is understanding human behaviors. 2/2
Contract negotiation is a messy dynamic which involves many human, process, and technological components. Those trying to make it simple and structured donβt understand it and will likely fail. 1/2
Yes that should be the focus of Legaltech and the use of Legaltech. Helping us spend most of our time creating value (and thinking about new ways of creating value) for clients and customers rather than drowning in the drudge work. Small daily improvements can make huge impacts in our work.
With #Legaltech the goal isnβt βtransformationβ (whatever that means) but should be improvement, effectiveness, and change in how we work. Less time spent on the drudge mind- numbing work that we donβt like to do and donβt want to do. More time spent on the work that we want to do. Attainable goals.
I hear #legaltech is also moving here. The big migration is happening.
Hello to all #legal and #legaltech community. Running a trial on Bluesky to see how this feels. Say hello and follow me so we can find each other on and create an awesome community. Hopefully Iβm not shouting into the void here π
GenAI is basically about: done is better than perfect.
I am trying to find the #Legaltech folks here. Where are you guys hiding? Reply with a Hi to show proof of life π
