To choose that line of work, and to do it a VA, says everything about him and his selflessness.
What a profound and brutal loss for his family, community, patients and our country.
Every elected official should condemn this unequivocally.
Wild, and by wild I mean infuriating and awful, to watch them try to spin the public murder of a peacefully protesting VA ICU nurse into anything else. Super plausible that someone whose literal job it was to save lives would try to commit mass violence.
