I also hate that so many people think he's a sap just because he's nice. Most of the demons he fights were just people who were cast out and manipulated Muzan. Except for the ones who were just evil, but that's like, 4-5 of them.
I think one thing that frustrates me about people critiquing Demon Slayer is how they talk about Tanjiro. Saying he never grows when the story wasn't about his growth as a person, it was about his resolve in fixing the wrongs done against him, his family, and all the people Muzan hurt.
