The flaw in that argument is that he doesn’t even understand the concept of shame.
Even his desire to look good/not look bad is based on his own view of himself, with no comprehension of how he actually looks to other people.
Although none of that negates the possibility of kompromat.
Lawmakers should make it clear that he has no power to cancel elections, whatever the pretext; that there is no precedent to do so & 250 years of precedent that US elections are held on schedule, including during times of war & even when that war is taking place on US soil.

An American President tore up the treaty with Iran, if I were them I'd be telling the US what they could do with their treaty if they attempted to reapply it.
Despite what it thinks America does not dictate terms to the rest of the world.
Somebody needs to make it clear NOW that there is no precedent in US history for cancelling elections & no pretext is going to be accepted from a President now to cancel them.

I'd agree with you. However I believe that even this callous regime was clueless that there was a girl's school there.
But only because I think they are actually bright enough to understand the OPTICS of deliberately attacking such a target.

I doubt that even this regime had specific intent to destroy a girl's school & the children in it, but I'm sure the rest is correct & they didn't actually know what they had done until well after the 2nd tap.

The issue that America has is that the Rs break things & then the Ds are blamed for not fixing everything instantly when a D President is elected.
It's quick/easy to break & destroy (WH East Wing...) repairing & rebuilding takes much longer.
And treaties require trust on both sides.
