The #UCMJ is clear about disobeying unlawful orders &
RULE 916(d) of the "Manual for Courts-Martial" (MCM) clearly states if you or a person of "ordinary sense & understanding" knows an order is unlawful, you're protected.

If you are a servicemember, and you knowingly obey an illegal order (i.e. killing civilians), you are guilty of that crime. You will be held accountable. The excuse "I was obeying orders", will not save you. Don't play stupid games.

Every military basic trainee gets a class on how not to obey illegal orders. Refresher training is given periodically in units. The six congressmen in the PSA have not committed a crime. Our laws do protect service members when refusing to obey illegal orders.
