Oh, me either, but as a kid I didnโt recognize that.๐

What was that?!
When I started to enjoy Mysterio as a kid I knew Iโd moved into enjoying more complex villains.๐
And your shop should have put in the extra effort of getting you at least Nectar!
I still need to see this!
I wanted to be Capt. Steve Burton when I was a kid. Not only did I think his uniform and hair were top shelf, but my first crush was for Deanna Lund.
Oh, and PSโฆthat shirt tie combo is sharp!
What everyone said and also when in comes to new books, I ask these questions:
1. Are they books you canโt wait to read?
2. Are you getting them on FOMO or pure speculation?
3. What books do you truly cherish in your collection and could โnew moneyโ be used for older books that youโd also cherish?
If you see this, post a robot.
Great lp cover!
Especially that one since itโs not only a Christmas cover, but features his cartoon on the front.
Thatโs right! Forgot about that corner art one!
There are over 800 (I believe) Sad Sacks issues of various titles. Iโm yet to see a Christmas cover. Doesnโt mean one doesnโt exist though. There is one if you google it from 1992.
Sad Sack was just one of those comics I remember from childhood.
No. He was merely Hans Solo wrapped in a โ55 Chevy.๐
The next one may be a half short box. Itโs going to get real.๐
(holds head in shame)
But Iโm the same kid tha wouldnโt go and see Raiders of the Lost Ark when it came out because I wasnโt having Harrison Ford be any except Hans Solo. Yep. Not too bright.
Lists of pinks and purples is a bonus!
Still havenโt seen this one.
Mail Drop: Wave 1 of Sad Sacks from a wonderful dealer Iโve been doing some trading and buying with. As he has filed through thousands of comics, he has been kind enough to pull the Sad Sacks and set them aside for me.
I remember a time, long ago, where it all depended on who Frank Miller was writing for.๐
Richโs posts, and yours for that matter, be more like:

Great story. Better memories.
I want the gadget heโs holding. Doesnโt have to work. I just want it sitting on my desk looking cool.
Front loading is key to being able to fully concentrate and relish oneโs hobby. I had two large boxes of comics land here yesterday. I did not open them until all tasks were completeโฆ.and that I checked and double checked that my services were no longer required.๐
Man I love this film!
