I have recently started added garlic-infused olive oil to my ramen noodles, and it has seriously elevated it to another level. I try to add vegetables (bok choy, mushrooms), but just a splash or two of olive oil is amazing.

In the good news department, my dog Swayze’s seizures are under control. For the past year high-stress events like going to the vets caused seizures, but today she went without any issues at all.

It airs weekly but when the season is over, it’s worth it get it for a month and binge Severance. There’s also a couple good nature documentaries, and For All Mankind is pretty good, too.

Cats are such empaths, I swear they just seem to know whenever I'm having a bad day because without missing a beat they’re just like vomit, vomit, tail in coffee, extended screaming, channeling ghosts, channeling ghosts, further screaming…

Severance is such a good tv show it makes me angry at everything else for not being Severance.
