Top tip for able bodied allies - often a badly parked rental bike can be better parked by lifting it slightly by the saddle and rolling it a metre or two on its front wheel to a position where it isn't blocking a pavement.

Yes, nobody would deny that. Though when a car or a van parks on the pavement people blame the driver, not the class of vehicle.
Round these parts it's supermarket delivery vehicles and Amazon vans most likely to be blocking pavements.
