The Queens DA's office had dismissed the case in December in a move that left one attorney "completely shocked."
A few bitter thoughts reading this: to start, Queens DA Katz narrowly won her seat after an anti-sex work scare campaign, when her opponent Tiffany Cabán supported sex workers rights, sex work decrim, and investigating police harassment and abuse of sex workers.
