Sarah Beth Durst's The Spellshop is lovely soft fantasy romance. Jae writes charming sapphic romance. Ilona Andrews' Kate Daniels series is paranormal suspense with lots of adrenaline & a delightful cast of characters (caveat: lots of gore).

Migraines are the worst. Here's hoping you can get whatever you need to feel better very soon.
