A new #macOS is here, and an all new liquid-glassy Mail app. But still no simple "Empty trash" or "Empty Junk Mail" button. It's buried in a context menu, right next to other items with the same icon where you could easily delete your entire mail account by mistake! Terrible #UX #UI!

From my experience, publishing the report is only a fraction of the work. What makes a difference is the outreach: engaging with the right groups that need to act on the insights. It also helps if the report has a clear purpose and fills a need.
