Culture shift to allow kids more freedom to walk/ride to school and other places in the community and design for it. (Maybe more of a result of yimby)
Lights in parks/fields/school fields so that communities can still have practices after dark, especially as schools move to healthier start times.
- abolish parking minimums.
- grants to turn malls & shopping centers that are dying into mixed use housing/shopping/dining... So much land available considering the parking lots surrounding them.
- if an area has a housing shortage it should not have Air BNBs operating full time. Reign them in.
