also, hi pubs! it's really helpful for you to instantly send artists a template in whatever file format the artist works in! i have a hell of a time setting up bleed and trim on my own (i ALWAYS get it wrong somehow) and this way i can tell if it's correct because i have the visual guide to aid me

I believe for me when this happened that it was a multiple display extended issue. I don't know if that's what's happening here, but maybe fiddle with your display settings in your system?
