Fancy sausage bacon and eggs…

Shame the yolk wasn’t runny! I normally use the air fryer for the Scotch eggs, but used the oven tonight as that’s where the sausage rolls come out best. So the yolk was over… but still delicious!

The eggs were cooked for 1 minute too long and so the yolk wasn’t runny…. But they were still delicious.

They were!!

Blitzed some pork sausage and smoked bacon, seasoned it all, used half for the sausage rolls and made scotch eggs with the other half 🤭

Labour MPs and MSPs will act as if nothing has happened, the MSM will ignore it, and in a couple of days they’ll be back to critiquing and criticising every single thing the SNP do, have ever done, or are thinking about doing - and also demanding they sort out Labours mess.

A slightly spicy - with sweet smoked paprika and Tabasco - creamy tomato and basil, with crusty bread and Ardennes pate to dunk in the soup.
